By registering and using “Beshknow,” you agree to all the terms of this agreement. These rules may be updated in the future, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Intellectual Property

Artists commit to uploading only works for which they hold the intellectual property rights. Beshknow assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement by users but will remove infringing content upon receiving a valid report.

Prohibited Content

Publishing any content that is offensive, racist, promotes violence, or contradicts current laws is prohibited. Beshknow reserves the right to remove such content and suspend offending accounts without prior notice.

System Abuse

Any attempt at data scraping, reverse engineering, or using bots to artificially inflate play counts or likes is prohibited and will result in access termination.

Limitation of Liability

Beshknow is a hosting platform and is not responsible for user comments or the accuracy of information provided by artists. We are also not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.

Privacy

The use of user information is governed by our “Privacy Policy,” which is an integral part of these terms.

Termination

Users can delete their accounts at any time. Beshknow also reserves the right to permanently or temporarily suspend access in case of repeated violations of the rules.
